We are unable to arrange or discuss appointments via email ,keeping up with all the messages and replies can be a slow process as we spend most of our day in front of a mirror and a not a desk, also we don’t allow mobile phone use on the shop floor by any of the team for professional reasons. So due to the time delays caused it’s impossible for us to make or cancel appointments in this way .
